A Registered Nurse (RN) is needed to provide exceptional hospice care to patients in various settings, including homes and facilities. The role involves working within an interdisciplinary team, focusing on psych-social assessments and interventions. Candidates should possess a current RN license, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
