Position Summary: The Nurse Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership, fostering teamwork and effective performance in nursing care. Responsibilities include managing departmental operations, patient care, and resource allocation while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Experience: Candidates should have five years of acute care nursing experience, a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred), and leadership certification is a plus.

Essential Functions:

  • Focus on performance improvement and goal setting.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and facilitate staff meetings.
  • Manage resources effectively to meet budgetary targets.
  • Enhance patient satisfaction through effective communication and conflict management.

    Job Type: Full-time, with a pay range of $43.28 – $67.65 per hour and various benefits.
