Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in social work or related field; LCSW certification required.
  • Minimum one year of recent social work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Current CPR certification and Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five years of clinical experience and knowledge of coding processes.
  • Familiarity with Meditech system or willingness to learn.
