Job Description

Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide leadership and direction to care team members, assess patient needs, collaborate on care plans, educate patients and families, manage pain, ensure patient safety, and facilitate discharge planning. The RN is expected to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the organization’s values.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to organizational success and cost containment.
• Communicate professionally with patients and families.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and document care accurately.
• Participate in quality management and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an NLN accredited nursing school.
• Current RN licensure in Michigan and BLS certification required.
• Preferred: 1 year of acute care nursing experience.

Working Conditions: Full-time position, 7:00 PM – 7:12 AM, weekends required. Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting.

Compensation: $34.00 – $45.58 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
