Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides effective nursing care under the supervision of nursing leadership, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. The RN operates within the State Nurse Practice Act, managing patient care through assessments and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and identifying patient needs.
  • Developing and evaluating individualized care plans.
  • Implementing nursing functions and delegating tasks to LPNs and CNAs.
  • Communicating patient information and collaborating with other departments.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and promoting a safe environment.

    • Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program, licensed by the State Board of Nursing, with preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
