Compensation: $57,086 – $84,036 annually, based on experience.

Role Overview: Provide behavioral support, crisis intervention, and care coordination for patients. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up for high-risk patients.

Qualifications: MSW or MA in psychology/counseling, familiarity with DSM/ICD codes, and bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
