Radiation and Oncology Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Radiation Oncology Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, including personnel management, performance evaluations, and interdepartmental activities focused on process improvement and patient safety. The role involves assisting the Director with budget development and policy implementation, as well as providing direct patient care when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health sciences.
• Three years of management experience in healthcare.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five years of management experience in healthcare.
• Seven years as a Radiation Therapist.
• Current RT(T) registration and WV State License.
• Experience with advanced radiation techniques and equipment.

Key responsibilities include planning department operations, staff management, quality assurance, and educational development for technical staff.
