Join our team as a skilled nurse providing in-home palliative and hospice care in Armstrong, Butler, and surrounding counties, with starting rates at $35 per hour and a $6,000 sign-on bonus. You will manage care for terminally ill patients, supervise aides and LPNs, and coordinate patient services while ensuring quality care and education for families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising patient care and staff
  • Providing education and support to patients and families
  • Coordinating care and making referrals
  • Participating in quality improvement activities
