Job Requirements:

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license
• Strong written communication skills
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 3 months

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate nursing activities and adhere to medication management plans
• Document client records and follow physician orders
• Participate in infection control and performance improvement activities
