Position: Occupational Therapist
Location: Tigard, OR
Benefits: Mileage reimbursement, up to $25,000 for education, paid vacation, and sick time.
Minimum Qualifications: Oregon OT license, degree from an accredited OT program, CPR certification, NPI upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications: Home health experience, strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities: Develop treatment plans, complete clinical notes, educate patients and caregivers.
