Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a per diem position in Home Health. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist, providing quality rehabilitation services to improve patient safety and functional independence. Responsibilities include maintaining competence, documenting care electronically, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Candidates should have an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy, relevant nursing experience, and Virginia/West Virginia licensure.
