Position Summary:
The MRI Technologist operates a magnetic resonance scanner under the supervision of the MRI/CT Supervisor, providing essential imaging services for diagnostic purposes. Responsibilities include demonstrating clinical and academic competency in MRI, working independently, and rotating through various areas as needed. This full-time position offers flexible hours, a $15K sign-on bonus, and new higher rates for 2024.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of an ARRT-approved MRI program.
  • Certifications: ARRT registration, BLS, and MRI Advanced Certification (within one year).
  • Experience: Preferred experience in MRI; classroom experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, RIS/HIS systems, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, manage time effectively, and adhere to safety standards.
