Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Director of Rehabilitation (Therapy) in Colorado Springs, CO, to lead our therapy team in a skilled nursing facility. This role involves overseeing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing patient care.

• Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support therapy staff, ensuring effective scheduling and a positive work environment.
  • Develop tailored therapy programs and monitor clinical outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee documentation.
  • Manage department budget and identify growth opportunities.
• Qualifications:
  • Licensed PT, OT, or SLP with relevant degree.
  • 2+ years of management experience in rehabilitation.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare systems and therapy regulations.
