We are seeking a Registered Nurse for CareOne at New Bedford, MA, with full-time and part-time shifts available (3:00pm-11:00pm and 11:00pm-7:00am). The RN will oversee nursing processes for assigned residents, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct nursing care and assessing resident conditions.
  • Supervising LPNs and CNAs, ensuring adherence to facility policies.
  • Maintaining communication with the interdisciplinary team and documenting care accurately.
  • Responding to resident risks and reporting incidents as per policy.

    • Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in nursing, current RN license, and 1 year of related experience.
