RN, Registered Nurse – Acute MedSurgical A – PRN

Job Description

We are seeking a competent Nurse to provide both routine and complex care in a clinical setting, demonstrating independence and awareness of patient needs. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, while addressing the psychological and social needs of patients and families. The role requires effective medication administration, documentation, and patient education.

• Utilizes the nursing process effectively.
• Facilitates patient flow and discharge processes.
• Plans and evaluates nursing care during shifts.
• Ensures patient safety and quality care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of related nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification and RN license required.

Work schedule varies; position is per diem as needed.
