Job Description

We are seeking a passionate LPN to join our care team, offering a generous signing bonus of $2500 after 90 days and an additional $2500 after 6 months of employment. This full-time position involves promoting resident health through nursing assessments, care plan development, and staff education. Responsibilities include evaluating resident needs, monitoring health conditions, and coordinating transfers. Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $45.00 per hour, based on experience.
