Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Skin & Wound Provider

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP, ARNP, FNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team as a Skin & Wound Care Provider in Olympia, Centralia, and Hoquiam. The role involves leading multidisciplinary wound care teams, providing high-quality skin and wound care, and performing bedside wound care skills. Candidates should have 1-2 years of wound care or surgical experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a valid driver’s license. This full-time position offers a salary range of $128,000 – $148,000, Monday to Friday hours, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and paid time off.
