Position Summary: Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide leadership and patient care guidance. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• Current state RN License in good standing
• Preferred 1 year of RN and supervisory experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and nursing skills
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians for patient care and documentation
• Oversee L.V.N.s and C.N.A.s in nursing procedures
• Administer treatments and medications, and evaluate diagnostic tests
• Create patient care plans with nursing staff
• Ensure a positive and safe work environment
