Job Description

We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and offering a sign-on bonus. Candidates must have a nursing degree from an accredited institution or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program, hold a current unrestricted LPN license, and possess CPR certification.

Responsibilities include:

• Directing daily activities of nursing assistants.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Participating in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Monitoring residents’ status and communicating changes.
• Administering medications and performing wound care.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintaining confidentiality of health information.
