Title: Clinical Team Leader

Salary: Starting at $65,000 annually, based on qualifications.

Summary: Responsible for creating a safe, positive residential treatment environment and ensuring compliance with legal and program requirements. Oversee clinical treatment for residents, providing individual, family, and group therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Complete TF-CBT training and develop trauma-informed programs.
• Engage in Quality Improvement activities and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate on treatment plans and serve as a community resource contact.
• Provide weekly individual counseling and lead treatment team meetings.
• Manage a caseload of 12 and facilitate staff involvement in admissions.
• Complete required training and maintain clinical documentation.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field; appropriate licenses (e.g., LSW, LCSW). Must participate in ongoing training.
