Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time BCBA in West Los Angeles, CA, to provide exceptional behavioral services to children with autism.

Pay: $85,000 per year (with a sign-on bonus available!)

Responsibilities:

• Provide interventions in various settings
• Conduct parent education and behavioral assessments
• Design ABA programs for children with autism
• Supervise and train ABA Behavior Technicians
• Support staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience supervising ABA programs
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
