Director of Rehabilitation

This role involves managing and supervising therapy operations at the Embassy of Woodview location, suitable for a Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage rehabilitation staff, including physical and occupational therapists.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with licensed therapists.
  • Oversee direct patient care and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team for comprehensive care.
  • Support therapists in best practices and conduct staff evaluations.

    • Experience:

  • Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology.
  • State licensure or eligibility required.
  • Healthcare management experience preferred.
