We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our innovative care coordination program, focusing on providing physical therapy and wellness services to seniors in various living settings. This role allows you to practice at the top of your license while engaging in care coordination tasks, offering flexible scheduling and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering therapy services under PT supervision.
  • Conducting wellness visits and assisting with telehealth appointments.
  • Maintaining professional standards and contributing to program development.

    • Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited PTA program (new grads welcome).
  • Current PTA state licensure.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
