Job Description

Red Cliffs Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN position in Grand Junction, Colorado, offering a $5k relocation or hire-on bonus (18 months DOE).

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct rehab care in physical therapy per physician referral.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and support departments.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines.
• Demonstrate good body mechanics and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Current state license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited 2-year program.
• Preferred one year of experience in post-acute care.
