Job Title: Physical Therapy Director (PT)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Overview: Seeking a Physical Therapy Center Director to enhance community healthcare by providing therapy interventions in an outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role offers a balanced work-life schedule with limited on-call duties.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and manage clinical metrics Optimize workflows and address outlier cases Foster teamwork and identify clinical improvement opportunities Build relationships with employers and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Physical Therapy State licensure 3 years of clinical experience (or 2 years with occupational health background)
