Physical Therapist – Whittier Rehab Hospital Bradford

Job Description

Position: Physical Therapist (Per Diem, all shifts)
Base Pay: $50.00/hour with differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized evaluations and document findings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans under physician direction.
• Complete timely documentation and letters for Durable Medical Equipment.
• Delegate tasks to assistants and manage a full caseload.
• Participate in team and family conferences.
• Enhance education for staff, patients, and families through ongoing learning.

Prerequisites:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current Massachusetts licensure or application pending.
• Preferred APTA membership in Massachusetts/New Hampshire.
• BLS certification for all ages.
• Experience in adult and geriatric rehabilitation.
