Location: Milford, MA – Outpatient Treatment Program
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $65,000-$67,200 (Masters), $69,400-$73,800 (LADC-1), $77,100-$88,000 (LMHC/LICSW), based on licensure & experience, with productivity bonuses available.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in a relevant field
One year of supervised counseling experience
LICSW or LMHC licensure preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide individual clinical services and case management
Conduct group treatment using established curriculum
Refer clients to community services as needed
Maintain clinical skills and attend required meetings/training
