Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Hand Therapist to join our orthopedic team. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with hand and upper extremity conditions, focusing on post-operative rehabilitation, preventive care, and conservative treatment. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting detailed patient evaluations and developing treatment plans.
• Communicating treatment expectations and goals effectively.
• Instructing patients in therapeutic exercises and post-surgical protocols.
• Creating custom splints and coordinating care with other therapy staff.

Qualifications include a degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy, a current license, and preferably experience in Hand Therapy. Strong communication skills and compassion for patients are essential.
