We are seeking an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician Supervisor to oversee clinic operations and lead our team of Veterinary Technicians and Assistants at our full-service veterinary hospital in Uxbridge, MA.

Responsibilities include:

• Directing workflow and cultivating a positive work environment
• Collaborating with management to enhance hospital operations
• Assisting in hiring and onboarding new staff
• Mentoring and developing technicians
• Conducting staff meetings and resolving conflicts
• Implementing protocols and ensuring compliance with policies

Qualifications:

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT, LVMT)
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills
