Job Description

This position involves conducting blood pressure screenings at senior centers, requiring 10-16 hours of work per week, Monday through Thursday. The role includes providing nurse consultations and community health services, assessing client needs, creating health plans, and managing documentation. Candidates must hold a current RN license in Iowa, have a nursing degree (preferably a baccalaureate), and possess at least two years of clinical experience.
