We are seeking a part-time Medical Laboratory Technician to perform and analyze clinical laboratory tests in accordance with established policies and procedures. Candidates must have an Associate of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field, along with relevant clinical lab training. West Virginia applicants must obtain MLT licensure within 90 days of hire. Preferred qualifications include ASCP or AMT certification and prior experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Processing and analyzing samples accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining laboratory instruments and ensuring quality control.
  • Performing phlebotomy and reporting findings to healthcare staff.
  • Adhering to safety and infection control protocols.

    • Physical demands include lifting, standing, and working in potentially hazardous environments. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available.
