Travel Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. This role involves traveling across multiple counties, focusing on overall health and identifying barriers to care.

• Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly (average 6-9 visits daily, base rate of $80 per assessment).
• Flexible scheduling available, with shifts from Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends).
• Independent contractor status with potential for additional compensation through a pay-per-test model.
• Malpractice coverage and travel expenses may be provided based on eligibility.
• State license required (FNP or AGNP preferred).
