Job Description

In collaboration with the Manager, this role facilitates optimal patient care through effective delegation, collaboration, and critical thinking. Responsibilities include managing resources, supporting Respiratory Therapy staff, and ensuring the efficient operation of the Respiratory department while meeting customer needs. The position involves overseeing data collection, scheduling, performance evaluations, and training to enhance staff skills. The lead will also ensure readiness for inspections.
