Job Description

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary of $135,000 to $150,000
• Monthly bonus plan up to $3,000 for optometrists
• Up to $1,000 per year in CE reimbursement
• Reimbursement for professional fees related to licenses and memberships

Responsibilities:

• Promote vision health habits among children and parents
• Lead a team of vision professionals
• Diagnose and create treatment plans for patients
• Refer patients to specialists as needed
• Ensure a clean and compliant working environment

Requirements:

• Passion for improving children’s vision health
• Active or pending State Board of Optometry license
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire for growth
• Organizational skills and knowledge of vision care

This position requires full range of body motion, including sitting, walking, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
