Join a hospital-based ICU team as an Experienced Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, located just 30 minutes from Boston. This night shift position offers support from onsite ICU nursing staff, hospitalists, and the ER. Candidates must have intubation and central line experience.

Compensation:

  • Salaried up to $175,000 (equivalent to $220,000 in Boston)
  • $5,000 retention bonus after 1 year
  • $100/hr for extra shifts
  • Full medical benefits, CME, and malpractice coverage

Schedule:

  • 12-hour shifts, 7pm – 7am
  • 14 shifts per month, self-schedule

Location:

  • 10-bed ICU in a 250-bed hospital
  • 8-10 patient average census
  • Suburban Massachusetts

Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
  • Experience with intubation and central lines is mandatory
