Job Description

A Therapist is sought to supervise clinical therapy, case management, and training, making a significant impact on youth and families.

• Conduct clinical assessments and prepare treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and quality standards.
• Provide individual, family, group, and crisis counseling.
• Develop staff training and maintain effective case management.
• Must have a Master’s degree and 3 years of clinical experience with troubled youth.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
