Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will provide nursing care, administer medications, and support patient health education. Responsibilities include:

• Participating in nursing care planning and evaluation
• Assisting with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Monitoring and reporting vital signs and patient conditions
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients
• Assisting with unit management as needed
