We are seeking a Supervising Physical Therapist for part-time, full-time, or PRN positions, offering competitive pay and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. The role involves working in a skilled nursing facility in Madison, Ohio, focusing on personalized patient care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
