We are seeking an RN/LPN Shift Supervisor for a long-term care facility in Northampton, MA. The role involves:

  • Overseeing daily nursing activities and ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.
  • Representing administration in the absence of senior nursing staff.
  • Holding administrative authority and accountability for assigned duties.

    • Position requirements include:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing or an accredited RN program preferred, or a graduate of an LPN/LVN program currently pursuing RN licensure.
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.
  • Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
