Join our team as a Clinical Care Manager with a Registered Nurse (RN) license. We seek a full-time candidate who is passionate about serving clients in pediatric home health.
**Pay Range:** $70,000 – $75,000
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
Experience in home health or pediatrics is a plus
**Key Responsibilities:**
Ensure compliant care by direct staff
Train and guide staff on treatment orders
Manage client caseload and develop treatment programs
Coordinate care with external providers
Participate in staff development and training
