Occupational Therapists (OT)

Job Description

We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) in the West Des Moines area to join our dedicated team focused on providing exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Iowa.
• Graduated from an accredited OT program.
• Preferred: 2 years of clinical experience and 1 year in home healthcare.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Maintains required certifications (TB test, CPR).

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans.
• Perform initial evaluations within 48 hours and re-evaluations every 30 days.
• Prepare clinical notes and coordinate care with physicians.
• Instruct patients and families on safe management and therapy programs.
• Participate in case reviews and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Pay ranges from $65.00 to $90.00 per hour.
