This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a Surgical Technologist role. The ideal candidate will work full-time, Monday to Friday, with 8 or 10-hour shifts from 5:30 am to 5:30 pm, focusing on various surgical specialties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing aseptic techniques and performing scrub duties for diverse surgical procedures.
  • Understanding surgical positioning and instrumentation care.
  • Recognizing emergency signs and applying age-based patient care competencies.
  • Coordinating equipment and supplies with the circulating nurse.
  • Assisting in room preparation and maintenance.

    • Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program, current BLS certification, and obtaining Surgical Technologist Certification within six months. Previous surgical experience is preferred. A competitive benefits package is offered.
