The role involves assessing patient and family needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, and providing health education. The nurse will also coordinate care with physicians and community health professionals.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 1-2 years of acute care and home care experience
- Current RN license and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle

Pay: $80,000 – $101,000 per year
