Job Description

We are seeking a registered nurse to plan, organize, and direct hospice care, focusing on community health education. The role involves assessing patient and family needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, and providing health education. The nurse will also coordinate care with physicians and community health professionals.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 1-2 years of acute care and home care experience
• Current RN license and CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000 – $101,000 per year
