RN Clinical Coordinator III – In Office Operating Room – Full-Time

Job Description

The RN Clinical Coordinator III position is a full-time role reporting to the Director of Oncology, responsible for supervising clinical staff in an Erlanger-owned physician practice. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing patient flow and scheduling
• Supervising clinical personnel and managing hiring/disciplinary actions
• Performing in-office procedures under physician supervision
• Ensuring compliance with DNV standards and OSHA regulations
• Managing clinical budgets and supplies
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and supporting quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications include a nursing degree, a current Tennessee RN license, and at least three years of healthcare experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
