Summary:
Responsible for coordinating nursing personnel orientation, representing the organization in community activities, and developing nursing continuing education programs.
Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to administrative and departmental policies.
Plan and implement educational activities based on adult education principles.
Develop evaluative systems to assess educational effectiveness.
Foster collaborative relationships among healthcare professionals.
Engage in professional development activities to enhance nursing practice.
Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
RN License in the state of employment or compact.
BLS certification.
