Responsibilities:
Communicate resident needs with healthcare teams
Conduct resident assessments and supervise LPNs
Administer medications and treatments
Provide emotional and physical support to residents and families
Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
Requirements:
Graduate of a state-approved nursing program
Current Iowa RN license
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Availability for weekends and holidays
Exceptional attendance
