The supervisor will manage hospital operations in the absence of administration and must adhere to compliance policies and regulations.
Education, License & Cert: Requires a current NYS RN license, with a BSN preferred, and BLS-CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in acute care nursing and 2 years in a supervisory role.
Essential Functions:
- Supervise nursing staff and address concerns.
- Manage patient flow and facilitate communication between departments.
- Participate in hospital committees and assist with patient admissions.
- Handle patient complaints and maintain communication with nursing managers.
Pay: $39.25 – $60.16 per hour. Full-time position with evening shifts and benefits including health and retirement plans.
