Job Description

Job Summary: The Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care environment. This includes recruiting and training clinical and ancillary staff, overseeing clinical compliance, and optimizing patient flow.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• 3 years of clinical experience with supervisory experience
• Current RN license in South Carolina
• CPR certification

Essential Functions:

• Provide excellent customer service and monitor patient satisfaction.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among staff.
• Manage employee performance and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
