This role involves collaborating with nursing leadership to develop and evaluate educational programs for perioperative services, ensuring skill development and adherence to care standards. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, assessing educational needs, and participating in safety committees. Candidates must have a nursing diploma or associate degree, three years of OR experience, and an Iowa RN license. A BSN or higher is preferred, along with teaching expertise.
