We are seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian for our Skilled Long-term Care facility, working Monday to Friday during the day shift. The role involves overseeing residents’ nutritional well-being, conducting assessments, and creating diet plans.

*Key Duties:*

  • Monitor residents’ nutritional status and develop care plans.
  • Evaluate special nutritional needs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Work with Speech Pathologists for residents with dysphagia.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as needed.

    • *Qualifications:*
  • Registered Dietitian in Long-Term Care preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics and completion of an accredited Dietetic Internship.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations.

    • *Pay:* $65,000 – $68,000 per year with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off. Work location is in-person in Johnson City, NY.
